This year’s melanoma symposium, Together Against Melanoma – Patient and Caregiver Symposium Focusing on Research, Education, Hope, and Healing<\/em>, is being held at RAND’s headquarters campus located in Santa Monica off the I-10 West. The building fronts Main Street in Santa Monica.<\/p>\n

Special Instructions for RAND<\/h3>\n

Visitors are required to show their government issued photo ID upon entering RAND.  Please ensure the name provided during event registration matches your photo ID.  Attendees must also provide their country of citizenship, which is required by RAND. This can be provided with your event registration on the SJCI registration page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Can I bring a guest or family member?<\/h3>\n

Yes. However, each guest will need to register independently prior to the event and present their photo identification to RAND security upon entry.<\/p>\n

From East
\n<\/strong>Take the I-10 West to the 4th\/5th Street exit. Turn left on 4th Street. Turn right on Olympic. Turn left on Main Street. Visitor parking will be on your right, just past Starbucks.<\/p>\n

From North\/Valley<\/strong>
\nTake the I-405 South. Take the I-10 ramp towards Los Angeles\/Santa Monica. Merge onto the I-10 West ramp. Take the 1-10 West to the 4th\/5th Street exit. Turn left on 4th Street. Turn right on Olympic. Turn left on Main Street. Visitor parking will be on your right, just past Starbucks.<\/p>\n

Malibu and Palisaides residents should take Highway 1 South to Moomat Ahiko Way then turn right onto Ocean Ave.  Turn left on Olympic Drive then right onto Main Street. The visitor parking garage gate will be on your right, just past Starbucks.<\/p>\n

From South\/Marina\/Venice<\/strong>
\nTake the 1-405 North. Take the I-10 ramp towards Santa Monica\/Los Angeles. Merge onto the I-10 West ramp. Take the I-10 West to the 4th\/5th Street exit. Turn left on 4th Street. Turn right on Olympic. Turn left on Main Street. Visitor parking will be on your right, just past Starbucks.<\/p>\n

From the Marina and Venice area, travel North via Lincoln Blvd. then turn left on Pico Blvd. Turn right onto Main Street then left into the visitor parking garage before you reach Olympic Drive.<\/p>\n

Visitors must enter the underground parking at the North entrance, which is accessible from Main Street. The parking entrance will be staffed by RAND at 7:00 am.<\/p>\n
