Tanmay Yenugonda is a high school student at Taft Charter High School in Los Angeles and a Research Volunteer in the Department of Translational & Precision Medicine at Saint John’s Cancer Institute. His interests include cancer biology, neuroscience, precision medicine, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and translational drug discovery. Under the mentorship of Dr. Bustos, he is gaining hands-on experience in molecular biology, biorepository workflows, and precision oncology research. Tanmay aspires to become a physician-scientist advancing innovative therapies for cancer and neurological diseases.
